Water rates

There have been rumors that we will be decreasing our water rates, I regret to inform you those rumors are not true. Due to inflation, and the Federal inflation rate Searcy charges on the water rates every year. Which is where our water is purchased from, it is just not feasible for us to lower our rates now nor in the future. For refrence purposes you can get a copy of the State of Arkansas Act 605 in office or online. Thank you, Have a blessed day.
