COVID-19 & City information

March 18, 2020

Due to excessive rainfall and COVID-19 we are running behind on our service work and meter reading is very difficult in normal rainy weather, much less the amount of rainfall we have had in the past few weeks. We are forced to use our software to estimate meters but rest assured that any average on your bill will work itself out as soon as we are able to accurately read meters again.

Also, please bare with us through the COVID-19 outbreak as the nation faces the dark days of this pandemic. We will continue to put our customers health and safety first in making sure everyone has potable water available. As the pandemic plays out the city may adjust business hours for the public safety as well as our employees and their families. The trash will be picked up and water and sewer will run.

Please keep checking our website for updates and we will also post on our board outside of the office.

Thank you for your support and understanding in these trying times.
